I really enjoyed my weekend here. The grounds were tidy. Bathrooms and showers were clean, and spacious. I hope I can squeeze another weekend visit there before fall. It was relaxing and the river had a few good spots for dipping. Tip for folks needing special consideration: ask Tim about the bathroom proximity if you need to be close. Washrooms have a ramp entry.

This campground is my favorite in the Vernon area. It's close enough to town but far enough away. The owner is a fantastic person. He keeps the sites, washroom, and showers super clean. If you're looking for a weekend or an extended stay away from town check out this place. Some sites back onto Salmon River which is so peaceful. Pricing is very reasonable. Sites are huge with lots of privacy. Can hardly wait to go back. Have booked multiple stays there this year.

This little gem is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. Very quiet beautiful, private, huge campsites. Flush toilets and pay showers. $1 for 5mins. The beach area is so amazing and if you're lucky you'll get to see the beaver across the river. Highly recommend checking this place out.
